As Managing Partner & Private Wealth Advisor of Argent Bridge Advisors, Dianne Nolin, CFP®, CDFA® owns the end to end client experience.  She brings over 30 years of industry experience working at large firms like Shearson-Lehman Brothers and Smith Barney. She also worked at smaller independent firms. Working as an independent advisor is where Dianne found the freedom and capabilities of a conflict-free, unbiased environment best aligned with her vision to provide client guidance and advice with the focus solely on the client.  

Growing up in Pittsburgh and beginning her career amidst a city landscape full of bridges, they were a constant in the backdrop of her earliest days. Dianne sees a bridge as a visual, physical reminder of both the value of the staying connected as well as the more metaphorical concept of being the bridge between client expectations and realization of their goals.  

Dianne's life focus is a strong love of family and friends, grounded in her roots and living her parents motto of "work hard and be kind". Argent Bridge Advisors is the fruition of a long term mission she has pursued for years through creative collaboration and connection with clients and the community.

She has special training in helping women in transition - specifically while going through a divorce. She seeks to coach and empower women through information and education to a successful transition.Cecile is a native of Briey, France. She currently lives in Falls Church, VA with her husband, Brian, her two children, Chloe and Julien, and her cat, Otter. As a mother of two young children, free time is precious and scarce but she makes time for the things she enjoys the most: playing a quick tennis match, going to sporting events, live concerts, or being around friends and family.

Eric was raised in Roanoke, Virginia where his family has lived for generations. He moved to northern Virginia in 2013. The move was not only a physical change, but acted as a bridge to further opportunity in his career. He has experience as a Wealth Manager to millennials, entrepreneurs, Fortune 500 executives, and other young professionals.

Eric holds his bachelor’s degree in Finance from Virginia Tech. He went through the Financial Planning Track from Virginia Tech’s nationally recognized program.

Joe Gallemore, CIMA®, is a Partner in charge of Investment Management & Research at Argent Bridge Advisors. Joe recognizes that successful outcomes are made possible through the confidence and trust of the clients themselves.  Connecting uncertainty with clarity usually involves making the complex simple.  This is why one of his primary goals is simplifying the mechanisms of your portfolio to a level of clarity that suits you.

Investment selection, economic research, leveraging of technology and holistic management are all Joe’s focus in the service of stewarding your wealth.  Linking all of these together and distilling them with the goal of educating you, the client, is his on-going mission.

Joe graduated from Johns Hopkins University with a BS in Mathematical Science and a BA in Economics. His bridge now extends far north where he lives in his wife’s hometown of Rochester, NY.  A big fan of the skiing and golf, he’s not a big fan of the blustery artic winters.  Having fun with friends and family and being active is how Joe enjoys his life.

Alyce Phinney serves as the Director of Business Growth for Argent Bridge Advisors. With over 20 years of luxury client service experience, Alyce has been instrumental in developing and owning the advisor/client relationship experience. Alyce believes strongly in keeping to the Argent Bridge Advisor brand strategy as a core principal that is reflective in every part of our business model. 

With a degree in Psychology from Ithaca College, Alyce is a people connector by nature. This serves her well as she identifies, develops and cultivates strong relationships with our existing clients and new client prospects. Alyce is a candidate for CFP® certification and completed her course work through University of Virginia.

As a wife and mother to two boys, Alyce stays busy trying to keep up with their numerous activities while balancing her volunteer work with two different PTA’s, the American Red Cross and various other organizations. She is a huge cheerleader of overnight camp experiences for children and supports the Merrimack Valley YMCA Camping Services.

Rasha Bitar reunites with the Argent Bridge family after having worked closely together for over eight years at a prior firm.  She brings with her more than a dozen years of client service and operations experience.  As Director of Client Services, Rasha plays a vital role in assisting and maintaining our client relationships.  Whether over the phone or in-person meetings, Rasha handles service transactions, client questions and requests with skill and grace.

Rasha graduated from George Mason University with a degree in Business Management concentration in Human Resource Management. She possesses excellent organizational and time management skills. Her attention to detail and strong communication skills enable her to work closely with the team as well as the clients we serve.

When not engaging with clients and solving problems, Rasha loves traveling, biking and spending time with her family.  Rasha is a proud Northern Virginia native and a huge Washington Capitals fan - often catching a game downtown.  She also enjoys flying with her husband, Mohamed, as he builds hours towards his commercial pilot’s license.

As the Client Service and Partner Liaison, Sierra Lawrence is pivotal in ensuring our day-to day office operations run smoothly. Sierra is responsible for assisting with account transactions, arranging and coordinating client and partner meetings, and maintaining ongoing communication inside and outside of the organization.

Sierra was born and raised in Northern Virginia and is a proud native. Growing up as one of five siblings, Sierra learned early on the value in teamwork, communication, responsibility, and dependability. She takes pride in using her strong skillset to support the firm and provide exceptional service to our clients.  

Sierra attended George Mason University where she graduated with her BA in Sociology. In her free time, Sierra enjoys practicing Bikram yoga, traveling, watching movies, and spending time with friends and family.
